Founded in 2020 by Michael Brown Sr., Seymour Mac Productions is a video production company which is named after his grandfather, Dr. Seymour Mac Goldstein. Following in Seymour's footsteps, we provide a quality of service and care that you may not find with other video production companies. What started as a side hustle, quickly turned into a passion and is now Mike's primary focus. Mike is only interested in providing a valuable service to business partners who are ready to produce powerful marketing and brand building projects.

Do you only serve construction industry clients?No. We can serve practically any industry and have partnered with clients in a wide range of industries. These include: real estate, restaurants, e-commerce, business coaches, non-profits, educational departments, artists, entertainers and more. We specialize in the unique needs of construction industry clients and therefore we direct our promotions towards the needs of these clients. We are positioned to best help our clients with our extensive experience in this industry. We help them by providing professional photography, videography, editing and aerial drone services.

What is the video production process like?This is a great question. With video production, there are 3 main parts of the process. Pre-Production: Planning your project. Production: Capturing the content for your project. Post-Production: Editing your project. More detail is given once we have a Strategy Call.

What are your prices?Each project is unique and so is the budget. Our approach is to learn about your business/situation and find out if our services can help you achieve your goals or overcome your challenges. But if you must know: Most projects start at around $4,500 Content Retainer packages start at $3,500 We do projects for more and for less than these prices, but this is the average starting point.

Do you have pricing packages?You may request a pricing sheet for Real Estate Photo/Video and Weddings. These are the only projects we price in this way.

Do you have retainer options?Yes. A retainer package can be created for you. Retainer packages are great for those looking to create consistent content for social media. Retainer packages are also great for clients who have a large number of projects they want to produce. The benefits to a retainer package are lower down payment, and monthly payments. Retainer packages start at $3,500.

Will real people create our video project or is it all A.I. now?This is a great question and the simple answer is, both. I'm a real person and employ real people to pre-produce, produce and edit your video project, but we will utilize different A.I. programs, plug-ins and systems to streamline the process. This ensures you are getting a real unique product, from real people, but with less wasted time to complete the project!
